| As Head of Architecture at Unique World, Rob is responsible for delivery processes, tools, standards and architectural mentoring within the company. Rob also chairs the internal architecture group comprising the Solution Architects to ensure that knowledge sharing occurs across the company. Rob worked as a Principal Consultant within a Lotus Consultancy in the UK for 8 years before moving across to Microsoft technologies. Certified Developer in both Lotus and Microsoft Technologies, one of only a few in Australia. Rob has 15yrs architecture and development experience and has been a Solution Architect & Consultant for many Lotus Notes -> MS migrations including Hewlett Packard & Orange Telecoms in the UK, Lend Lease, AGL in Australia. | |
