Greg Stone is the CTO for Microsoft Australia, and is responsible for Microsoft’s technology policy and strategy initiatives working across Public and Private sectors and contributing to Microsoft’s seven year technology blueprint known as the Microsoft Quests.

Greg joined Microsoft Australia in 2001 to establish and oversee the application and Enterprise Architecture practice. This work was globally recognised within Microsoft for its contribution to service oriented and enterprise architecture.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Greg was Group General Manger with a multinational office supplies company responsible for e-Business Architecture and middleware implementation. Greg has both an operational business and deep technology background overlaid with an understanding of policy development.
