| Debra is responsible for the management of the recently established Business Consulting unit and the creation and implementation of a framework and methodology for information management consulting.
Debra has extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise information management solutions across State and Federal Government departments and broad experience with the legal and engineering industries.
The Business Consulting teams focus will be to ensure that the solutions delivered are driven by the business requirements and not the technology. Ensuring that the information management strategy implemented is aligned to the business needs of the customer.
