As CIO of Australia’s largest Auto Club, servicing over 2M Members, Craig is responsible for the delivery of the company’s telephony and computer services to more than 1,000 employees. In this role Craig is the custodian of the ICT Strategic Plan and Enterprise Architecture which has moved NRMA from technical delivery to a consultative business model. Prior to NRMA Craig was the Program Integration Manager with Boartes Hellas, leading a consulting services team providing security systems for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.

Craig’s background includes being a pilot in the Australian Defence Force, aerospace project management and systems engineering.
